I offer a safe space for successful women (especially women of color) to overcome limiting beliefs, lead with confidence, and level up to “What’s Next.”
My coaching practice is focused on helping high power - and high potential - women leaders to overcome obstacles so they can be grounded in authentic self-confidence - and achieve outrageous success. This takes many forms, and together we can tackle any number of different circumstances.
That said, my practice is absolutely inclusive, and all are welcome.

Private Coaching: How We’ll Work Together
Once we’ve had our initial Discovery Call and agreed we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll sign a contract that holds us both accountable, take care of payment, and then get our sessions on the calendar!
My Signature Private Coaching Offering typically spans 6 months

Twelve 60 minute coaching sessions (bi-weekly cadence, adjusted as needed)
Validated assessment tool to identify your strengths and tendencies (and maximize awareness of how you are showing up in your professional relationships)
One additional 45 minute session to review and explore the assessment report
360° verbal assessment with up to 6 stakeholders (if appropriate)
Customized coaching framework, tools and resources that will get you the transformational results you want
Six 15 minute “Help!” calls (quick spot-coaching conversations to address emergent issues that arise between sessions)
E-mail access throughout the coaching engagement
BONUS: One additional 30 minute “Check-In” session 2 months after the coaching engagement ends
Investment
Private coaching packages start at $25,000.
Please know that I understand that this is not an insignificant amount of money.
