I’m not here to help you find a boyfriend.

Or a girlfriend. Or any kind of friend.

Who I Am

HEY THERE! I’M NINA, AND I AM NOT A LIFE, LOVE, SPIRITUAL OR HEALTH COACH.

I am an executive coach, and I want to help you transform your career, team or organization.

I know from personal experience that change isn’t always easy - but it’s almost always worth it. In my career I’ve had to shift, pivot and reinvent myself any number of times to overcome obstacles and find my path.

Each transformation has made me stronger and more resilient, increased my emotional intelligence, and resulted in my genuinely unshakeable confidence that I can always meet the challenge of What’s Next.

And I can teach you how to do that too.

I Get It

I know that many of my ideal coaching clients have likely felt unseen, unheard, ignored, overlooked, marginalized, undervalued, unrecognized and “othered” as they are pursuing their career goals. They are exhausted, frustrated, and worse - they have slowly begun to internalize the external thwarting factors and are starting to believe they don’t have much to offer.

How do I know how they feel? Because as a woman of color who often felt stymied in my professional journey, I used to be my ideal client. And I had to overcome my limiting beliefs, identify my issues, shift my mindset, shed a few unproductive habits and seek out new settings that felt more supportive and aligned. It was grueling - and totally worth it. And I want to help other women navigating similar situations to get there too - just more quickly!

In my career, I have worked across several fields in a vast array of settings. My roles have included corporate attorney, major gifts fundraiser, marketing communications manager, human resources/employee relations specialist, Realtor, and judicial clerk. My work has spanned myriad settings (corporate, government, academic institution, non-profit, entrepreneurial), and has included coaching and counseling colleagues and partners up and down the org chart and around the globe.

I am likely familiar with many of the obstacles you face, and am here to help you develop the clarity and skills you, your team or your organization need to pursue your goals and blast past roadblocks - internal or external.

A proud graduate of the University of Virginia for both my undergraduate and law studies, I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication and Cross-Cultural Leadership from Temple University’s Klein College of Media & Communication, and am a Certified Executive Coach.

Why I Do What I Do

I am passionate about helping women to realize their full potential, liberated from the frantic, ceaselessly striving posture of “fake it ‘til you make it”.  I am always thrilled to see someone truly believe in themselves and all they are capable of achieving for the first time.

More broadly, I am also committed to transforming teams and professional cultures so that everyone feels seen, heard, valued and developed.  Where people can show up as themselves and focus on the good work they do, rather than the drain of toxicity and zero-sum, adversarial thinking.

Finally, I have stories to tell and lessons to share from what I’ve learned over the course of my life and career.  They could be just the messages to move, motivate and spark something powerful inside your people.

Who do you want to become?

What kind of teams do you want to create? How do you want to inspire members of your organization around a shared vision and mission?

I’m so glad you’re here, and invite you to take a look around.  When you’re ready to learn more, we’ll set up some time to explore the possibilities. And should we ultimately decide to work together, I promise that transformation is waiting just around the corner.

Wishing you every success,

- Nina
